She's coming along nicely

With the addition of handmade rolled cloth beads and paper beads, she is really starting to get the encrusted, detailed finish to her outer gown that I was looking for. I think each of the rolled bundles represents a fable that she has collected.I'm doing a small hand painted and appliqued cloth book to go with her telling her story.

Oh Robyn, she is turning out just beautiful. Remind me what you're making her for again...she might need a home in Georgia. :-)

She's for the Socal Bench Project Artisan Fair on August 9th - my first craft fair.

I'm working on being able to accept credit cards for that event - and what doesn't sell will go on to Etsy or Ebay.

I'm so enjoying making this kind of doll - I know I will be making more of these taller figures as well as the Dream Stars.

I take commissions.....but not until after L&L, ok...
